Travel and Policies

Important details for scheduling your bridal trial, travel fees, wedding day service minimums, and timing.

Pricing Notes

  • Pricing listed is valid for weddings through August 1, 2027. For weddings August 2, 2027 or later, please inquire for pricing.
  • All bridal packages include any hairstyle, premium false lashes, and airbrush makeup if desired. Airbrush availability may be limited, please request it.
  • Gratuity is not included. Recommended gratuity is 15 to 25 percent. For parties of 6 or more, an automatic 18 percent gratuity will be added.

Service Hours and Convenience Fee

Mon to Thurs 8:00am to 3:00pm, Fri to Sun 7:00am to 4:00pm. If your event requires starting earlier than these hours or after these hours, there is a $25 convenience fee per hour, per stylist.

Travel Fees

  • Travel fees are determined by how many stylists are providing services and your getting ready location.
  • If you are getting ready at a hotel, parking fees will be added if free parking is not available.
  • For out of state travel requiring a flight or hotel, please inquire for details.

Holiday Booking Fees

The holiday booking fee covers up to 2 stylists, each additional stylist is $25.

  • Mother’s Day and Father’s Day: $75 each
  • Memorial Day weekend: $75 (for the actual holiday day, it is $100)
  • Independence Day: $100
  • Labor Day weekend: $75 (for the actual holiday day, it is $100)
  • New Year’s Eve: $100
  • Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day are not available for services.

Deposit and Cancellation

  • Trials are not scheduled until a deposit has been paid to secure the wedding date.
  • If the bride cancels after her trial, 50 percent of the deposit may be refunded as long as cancellation happens before 60 days prior to the wedding date.
  • If all services are cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date, a $25 cancellation fee may apply for additional bridal party or family services that were scheduled.

Wedding Day Service Minimums

Our minimums are based on the number of stylists traveling to your wedding and apply during peak wedding months or when your getting-ready location is more than 50 miles away.

  • 1 stylist: 6 services minimum
  • 2 stylists: 10 services minimum
  • 3 stylists: 16 services minimum
  • 4 stylists: 20 services minimum

Peak wedding months are March, April, May, June, August, September, October, and November.

If your party does not meet the minimum, we are still happy to provide services. A $50 minimum-service fee will be added for each service below the required minimum and included in your quote.
