*all bridal packages include any hairstyle, premium false lashes + airbrush makeup - if desired. *Due to numerous manufacturer issues and inconsistencies, airbrush foundation may not always be available at every wedding or to all of our clients. Our artists are making every effort to have the airbrush products for clients and we are working closely with the manufacturer to resolve these issues. When airbrush is not available, our artists will use the traditional foundation application, which still gives a comparable beautiful finish and durability for your event. We apologize for the inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding. *gratuity is not included in any pricing: a recommended amount is 15-25%. For parties of 6+ an automatic 18% gratuity will be added. HOW EARLY OR LATE WILL MAKE ME UP START SERVICES? we understand that you may need services done early to accommodate a morning wedding. we are more than happy to start services as early as possible, however our hours of operation are Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 3:00pm and Fri - Sun 7:00am - 4:00pm. if your event requires starting earlier than our scheduled hours ('M-T 8:00am/F-Sun 7:00am) or after our scheduled hours (M-F 3:00pm/F-Sun4:00pm,) there is a $25 convenience fee per hour, per stylist. |

HOLIDAY BOOKING FEES*We strive to provide top quality services year-round; although, that sometimes means spending holidays away from our families. If your day falls on one of the listed holidays, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE holiday booking fee. The listed Holiday Booking Fee covers up to 2 stylists- each additional stylist is $25.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

- Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, we do not schedule trials before a deposit has been paid to secure the wedding date. Once the deposit has been paid, the bride may schedule her trial as soon as she would like. In the event that the Bride chooses to cancel her wedding day services with Make Me Up after her trial, she would be refunded 50% of the deposit as long as she cancels before 60 days prior to her wedding date. If all services are cancelled with Make Me Up after 30 days from the wedding date, the Bride will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for any additional bridal party/family services that was scheduled.
