​HOW EARLY OR LATE WILL MAKE ME UP START SERVICES?
we understand that you may need services done early to accommodate a morning wedding. we are more than happy to start services as early as possible, however our hours of operation are Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 3:00pm and Fri - Sun 7:00am - 4:00pm. if your event requires starting earlier than our scheduled hours ('M-T 8:00am/F-Sun 7:00am) or after our scheduled hours (M-F 3:00pm/F-Sun4:00pm,) there is a $25 convenience fee per hour, per stylist.

​* Due to numerous manufacturer issues and inconsistencies, airbrush foundation may not always be available at every wedding or to all of our clients. Our artists are making every effort to have the airbrush products for clients and we are working closely with the manufacturer to resolve these issues. When airbrush is not available, our artists will use the traditional foundation application, which still gives a comparable beautiful finish and durability for your event. We apologize for the inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding.

TRAVEL FEES

TRAVEL FEES ARE DETERMINED BY HOW MANY STYLISTS WE ARE SENDING TO PROVIDE SERVICES
​AND THE LOCATION OF WHERE SERVICES ARE TAKING PLACE. 

IF YOU ARE GETTING READY AT A HOTEL, PARKING FEES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TRAVEL FEE TOTAL IF THERE IS NO FREE PARKING AVAILABLE

FOR OUT OF STATE TRAVEL REQUIRING A FLIGHT &/OR HOTEL PLEASE INQUIRE FOR DETAILS. 

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULE POLICY
-If you need to reschedule your services, we must be notified within 48 hours of the event date and services time. Any reschedules made less than 48 hours, will result in a $20 reschedule fee. 

-If you need to cancel a service or all services, we must be notified more than 7 days from your event date. Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the event, will result in a $25 cancellation fee per service cancelled. Any Cancellation made less than 48 hours, then the entire deposit is non-refundable.
