Travel Info, Hours, and Cancellation Policy

Everything you need to know before requesting your quote.

Service Hours and Convenience Fee

Mon to Thurs 8:00am to 3:00pm, Fri to Sun 7:00am to 4:00pm. If your event requires services outside these hours, there is a $25 convenience fee per hour, per stylist.

Travel Fees

Travel fees depend on the number of stylists and the service location. Hotel parking fees are added when free parking is not available. For out of state travel requiring a flight or hotel, please inquire.

Airbrush Note

Airbrush foundation may not always be available. If it is not available, we will use traditional foundation for a comparable finish and durability for your event.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

  • Reschedules require 48 hours notice. Reschedules within 48 hours have a $20 reschedule fee.
  • Cancellations must be more than 7 days before your event. Cancellations within 7 days have a $25 fee per service.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours make the deposit non refundable.
